Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought both opportunities and challenges to education. AI tools help learners save time when searching for information, personalize learning experiences, enhance interactions, and support teachers. However, with tools that can complete many exercises without requiring effort from learners, the impact on their critical thinking and problem-solving abilities is a significant concern. This article proposes a teaching process incorporating chatbot tools in teaching and learning. Additionally, it presents a rubric to assess critical thinking and the results of evaluating the impact of chatbot tools on learners' critical thinking.

Tóm tắt

Trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) đã và đang mang lại những cơ hội và thách thức cho giáo dục. Các công cụ của AI, giúp người học tiết kiệm thời gian tìm kiếm thông tin, cá nhân hóa trải nghiệm học tập, tăng cường tương tác và hỗ trợ người dạy. Với những công cụ có thể giúp hoàn thành khá nhiều các bài tập mà người học có thể không cần phải nỗ lực, điều này có tác động như thế nào đến năng lực phản biện và giải quyết vấn đề của người học, là vấn đề rất đáng quan tâm. Bài báo này đề xuất một tiến trình dạy học, với sự vận dụng các công cụ chatbot trong dạy và học. Bên cạnh đó một rubric để đánh giá tư duy phản biện và các kết quả đánh giá tác động của công cụ chatbot đến tư duy phản biện của người học cũng sẽ được trình bày.
