Abstract

Non-suicidal self-harm is becoming a worrying issue in education today. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Self-Injury Behavior Study (SID) and analyze the relationship with some demographic factors in high school students in Hue city. Using a self-report questionnaire and the Adolescent Self-Injury Behavior Scale (ASIS), a survey of 454 students was conducted. Data were analyzed using SPSS software with descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that SID had a very high rate of expression, with many different manifestations. The level of SID did not differ significantly between boys and girls, but tended to decrease by grade and was higher in the group of students with separated parents. This finding opens up the need to build appropriate classroom and psychological support programs in the school environment.

Tóm tắt

Hành vi tự gây tổn thương không có ý định tự sát đang trở thành một vấn đề đáng quan tâm trong học đường hiện nay. Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá thực trạng hành vi tự gây tổn thương (TGTT) và phân tích mối liên hệ với một số yếu tố nhân khẩu học ở học sinh trung học phổ thông (THPT) tại thành phố Huế. Sử dụng bảng hỏi tự thuật và thang đo hành vi TGTT của thanh thiếu niên (Adolescents' Self-Injury Scale - ASIS), khảo sát trên 454 học sinh. Dữ liệu được phân tích bằng phần mềm SPSS với các thống kê mô tả và suy luận. Kết quả cho thấy TGTT có tỷ lệ hiện diện rất cao, với nhiều hình thức biểu hiện khác nhau. Mức độ TGTT không có sự khác biệt đáng kể giữa nam và nữ, nhưng có xu hướng giảm dần theo khối lớp và cao hơn ở nhóm học sinh có cha mẹ ly thân. Những phát hiện này gợi mở nhu cầu xây dựng các chương trình phòng ngừa và hỗ trợ tâm lý phù hợp trong môi trường học đường.
