MAGNETO-THERMOPOWER IN WS2 MONOLAYER

In this work, we study the influence of the magnetic field, temperature, and electron concentration on the magneto-thermopower due to the phonon-drag effect, Sxxg , in WS2 monolayer. The analytical expression for Sxxg is found from Π-method. The numerical results show that Sxxg displays an oscillation as a function of a magnetic field with its amplitude increase in the large magnetic field region. Sxxg increases with the temperature but decreases with the electron concentration. The numerical calculations for Sxxg are compared with that in graphene monolayer.

We investigate the electromagnetic wave absorption coefficient in monolayerborophene placed in a perpendicular static magnetic field and an electromagnetic wave. The nonlinear absorption coefficient is calculated using perturbation theory consideringthe electron– optical phonon interaction. The absorption spectrum shows the appearanceof the linear (one-photon absorption) and nonlinear (two-photon absorption) optically detected magneto-phonon resonance peaks. The full width at half maximum of resonant peaksincreases linearly with the square root of the magnetic field and remains almost unchangedwith temperature. The two-photon absorption processes contribute to the absorption spectrum much less than the one-photon absorption ones but being clearly observed and cannotbe ignored when studying nonlinear optical processes. The obtained results are the basisfor further studies on the applications of borophene to nano-optoelectronic devices.

SYNTHESIS AND CATALYTIC ACTIVITY OF COMPOSITE CuO/ZnO/C BASED ON ZIF-7 DODING Cu(II)

In this paper, CuO/ZnO/C composite was synthesized by the pyrolysis method based on ZIF-7 material doping Cu(II). The effect of annealing temperature on the phase composition of the composite was also investigated. The structure and property of the synthesized materials were characterized by the X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray energy dispersion spectroscopy (EDX) methods. The results showed that the calcination temperature affects the phase composition of the composites. 500 °C is the optimal temperature for the synthesis of CuO/ZnO/C composite. Part of CuO in the composite will convert to Cu2O and Cu at higher calcination temperatures. The adsorption and photocatalytic capabilities of the CuO/ZnO/C composite were also evaluated. Experimental results show that composite materials improved rhodamine B adsorption activity compared to ZIF-7 (more than two times). Besides, CuO/ZnO/C materials also exhibited photocatalytic activity of rhodamine B degradation under visible light.

RESEARCH ON THE ANTIOXIDANT ABILITY OF 5-AMINO-1-NAPHTHOL BY HYDROGEN ATOM TRANSFER MECHANISM

The density functional theory has been used to study the antioxidant capacity of 5-amino-1-naphthol (NH2C10H6OH) in reaction with HOO• free radical. The hydrogen atom transfer (HAT) reaction mechanism was investigated at three positions N17–H18, N17–H19 and O20–H21 at the theoretical level wb97xd/6-311++g(d,p). The results showed that O20–H21 position was rated the most favored hydrogen transfer position with the highest rate constant of 3,6.105 M–1s–1. The reaction had the enthalpy value of -5.6 kcal.mol-1 and the Gibbs free energy of -6.4 kcal.mol-1. These proved that the reaction between HOO• and 5-amino-1-naphthol was an exothermic and spontaneous process.

In this paper, Fe-ZIF-11 was synthesized from zinc nitrate, iron acetate, and benzimidazole at room temperature. The resulting material was characterized using X-ray energy dispersion spectroscopy (EDX), X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The material was also tested for its adsorption activity. The results showed that Fe-ZIF-11 had a pretty uniform polyhedron crystalline. Crystal size was in micrometer. Iron ions are dispersed into the structure of the material. The rhodamine B adsorption capacity of Fe-ZIF-11 is improved significantly in compared to that of ZIF-11. The RhB adsorption capacity of Fe-ZIF-11 increased more than 2.2 times in compared to that of ZIF-11.

The complexes of some rare earths [La(III), Ce(III), Nd(III), Y(III)] with citric acid were synthesized in the appropriate conditions of the reaction time, temperature, the ratio of reactants and pH. The obtained sample was characterized using infrared spectroscopy (IR), scaning electron microscope (SEM), and applied as the micronutrients for the pyrostegia venusta with many positive results.

EFFECT OF TIME ON THE STRUCTURE OF ZIF-11 MATERIAL SYNTHESIZED AT ROOM TEMPERATURE

In this paper, ZIF-11 material was synthesized from benzimidazole and zinc acetate at room temperature. Effect of synthesis time on the ZIF-11 structure was investigated. The obtained samples were characterized using XRD, SEM, FTIR, and TGA measurements. The results showed that the ZIF-11 material was completely formed after 3 hours and had a stable structure after 4 hours of synthesis. The synthesized material had a uniform structure with a sharp dodecahedron shape and high thermal stability (> 500 °C). The size of the material increased with synthesis time. The ability of materials to absorb iodine depended on the time of their synthesis. The sample synthesized in 4 hours showed the best adsorption capacity.

DEGRADATION STUDIES OF RHODAMINE B OVER ZnFe2O4 CATALYST IN THE PRESENCE OF H2O2

The spinel nanomaterial ZnFe2O4 belongs to the iron ferrite MFe2O4 (M = Mn2+, Fe2+, Co2+, Ni2+,...). These materials have been used as gas sensors, catalyst materials, etc. In this paper, the factors affecting the degradation of Rhodamine B over ZnFe2O4 catalyst were carried out in the presence of H2O2. The conditions of synthesis of ZnFe2O4 nanomaterials affecting the RhB degradation were investigated and the best catalyst sample was prepared under the following conditions: hydrothermal time of 24 h, hydrothermal temperature of 120 oC, heating temperature of 500 oC, solvent of ethylene glycol. The first and second order kinetic equations both described well the degradation of RhB by ZnFe2O4 catalyst in the presence of H2O2. The rate of RhB degradation reaction by ZnFe2O4 catalyst in the presence of H2O2 increased with temperature. The activation energy of this reaction was determined to be 41,1 kJ/mol.

Trong bài báo này, vật liệu ZnMn2O4 được dùng làm xúc tác cho phản ứng phân hủy basic fuchsin khi có tác nhân H2O2. Nghiên cứu cho thấy các điều kiện tổng hợp vật liệu spinel ZnMn2O4 ảnh hưởng đến khả năng phân hủy basic fuchsin. Hiệu suất phân hủy basic fuchsin đều lớn hơn 96% đối với các mẫu khảo sát. Tốc độ phản ứng phân hủy basic fuchsin b75ằng xúc tác spinel ZnMn2O4 khi có tác nhân H2O2 tăng theo nhiệt độ và giảm theo nồng độ đầu của basic fuchsin. Năng lượng hoạt hóa của phản ứng này xác định được là 44,47 kJ/mol.

STUDYING OF MICROPLASTICS INFECTION OF SMALL SALTWATER FISHES IN BINH DINH COASTAL AREAS

The first time, comprehensive investigation of microplastics in the digestive tract of small fishes in the coastal areas of Binh Dinh province was carried out. The representative types of fishes chosen for the current study included Goby (Glossogobius aureus and Oxyurichthys ophthalmonema), Anchovy (Stolephorus commersonnii), Pompano (Decapterus macrosoma), Goatfish (Upeneus moluccensis), Hering (Sardinella gibbosa). As a result, all the analyzed digestive tract samples were microplastically contaminated with a counted amount of 2987 species in total. The detected microplastics are in the main form of fiber (74.5%) with the average dimension of 800 – 900µm in length, followed by fragments (25,5%) with the average area of about 90,000 – 135,000µm2. Neither the form of foam, film nor microbeads was observed. The microplastics in yellow are dominant (35.72%). Therefore, the level of microplastics pollution in the digestive tract of the small fishes living along the Binh Dinh coast is relatively serious brought into comparison with other regions examined worldwide. Based on our investigated results, it is threatened for human health and other marine life upon using these infected fishes as a link in the circular food chain.

MORPHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF Siganus canaliculatus (Park, 1797) IN TAM GIANG LAGOON BY GEOMETRIC GEOMORPHIC APPROACH

Siganus canaliculatus (Park, 1797) is a ray-finned fish of the Siganidae family with high economic and nutritional value for aquaculture and production, so it is very promising for fish farming in Vietnam and Tam Giang lagoon. Fish samples were collected in the northern and southern areas of Tam Giang lagoon from March 2021 to October 2021. Research results have described the morphological characteristics of S. canaliculatus. Morphological characteristics of S. canaliculatus is a species of the Siganidae family, with a compact body, rather slender, concave head on the upper surface, a more pointed snout, an anterior nostril with a long flap in juveniles (shortening with age, absent in larger individuals) and the tip of the flap extends to the posterior nostril. There are about 100 to 200 turquoise spots on the head and body, the number increasing with the size of the fish; 2 to 3 rows of spots between lateral line and base of the anterior half of dorsal fin. The number of spines in the dorsal fin is 13, the number of rays in the dorsal fin is 10, the number of spines in the anal fin is 7, the number of fin rays in the anal fin is 9. Multivariate analysis p = 0.7438 > 0.05 found that there were no conformational differences between the male and female groups of S. canaliculatus and no interaction between sexes. Preliminary results can be confirmed related to their adaptation to the main habitat of fish, in this case, the difference in ecological characteristics of the two locations Con Gai and Huong Phong, where the fishes were collected.

A MODEL OF COMBINED LIMITED BURST RETRANSMISSION AND DEFLECTION ROUTING IN OPTICAL SWITCHING NETWORK

Optical Burst Switched Network is considered a promising future of optical switching technology. With the feature of no optical buffer at the intermediate nodes, one of the important problems to be solved in the OBS network is to reduce dropped bursts when resource contention occurs. Especially, when the network's load traffic is high, contention will often occur. Currently, there are many methods to resolve burst contention have been proposed such as: using wavelength conversion, using optical delay path FDL, deflection routing or beam retransmission. In which, deflection routing and burst retransmission are two methods that are being studied. These two methods do not change the network system; and can take advantage of free resources on other output ports and . However, uncontrolled beam retransmission or deflection routing can increase the number of traffic flows, increase end-to-end delay, increase contention due to rerouting, or bursts can be duplicated. term. In this study, we propose a solution combining burst retransmission and limited deflection routing to increase resource utilization efficiency, reduce burst loss probability and reduce end-to-end delay.

INFORMATION PROPAGATION PREDICTION ON BIBLIOGRAPHIC NETWORK: A NEW APPROACH WITH AMALGAMATION OF EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL ELEMENTS

In this research, we propose a novel approach to solve the topic’s propagation prediction problem on a bibliographic network with a combination of external and internal factors. We use machine learning to predict the spread of a topic with a combination of different features. Firstly, we propose a new method to calculate activation probability from an active node to an inactive node based on both meta-path and textual information. This activation probability is considered as an external factor. In addition, we also explore the author's preference for the topic, which is considered as an intrinsic factor of the author that can lead to the "infection" of the topic. Finally, we amalgamate the activation probability feature and the author’s preference feature in the topic’s spreading prediction. Experiments were conducted on dissimilar topics of the bibliographic network datasets and demonstrated satisfactory results.

This paper presents an overview of the characteristics of the lake system in the Hue Citadel; Research results on the ability to reduce the urban heat island effect of water surface factors in lakes in 2010, 2015, 2020 in Hue Citadel. GIS and Remote Sensing Techniques, directly survey are used to extracting surface temperature from the heat channel of remote sensing images, collecting directly air temperature data to research. The study results show the lakes act as cool islands in the heart of the urban. The number and characteristics of the lakes maximized cooling capacity, reduced the formation of large-scale heat islands and contributed to decreasing in surface temperature in the researched area influenced by the current urbanization process.

Bo Trach district, Quang Binh province, is a district mainly engaged in agricultural production. By using the methods of analysis and synthesis, field survey, method of rapid rural assessment with the participation of the people, the article has analyzed the current situation of agricultural development in the district in recent years. The results show that the farming sector of Bo Trach district has achieved many remarkable achievements. However, there are still many inadequacies in the sustainable production process. Therefore, the solution to develop green agricultural production is the right direction. Solutions to help the farm sector in Bo Trach district develop in a "green" and sustainable order include policy solutions; solutions to propagate people's awareness; solutions for greening production in agriculture; solutions to associate and develop the value chain; and human resource solutions.

EFFECTIVE ASSESSMENT OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION MODELS IN CAM LO DISTRICT, QUANG TRI PROVINCE

Evaluating the effectiveness of agricultural production models in Cam Lo district, Quang Tri province aims to assess which agricultural production models have high economic, social and environmental efficiency. The evaluation is based on two groups of methods: theoretical methods (analytical, comparative, and synthetic) and practical methods (expert methods, field survey methods, effective use evaluation methods, agricultural land use). Currently, Cam Lo district, Quang Tri province, has five main models and 19 agricultural production models. There are two models of agricultural production with high efficiency (crab farming in ponds, vannamei shrimp farming), 11 models with good efficiency, and six models with medium efficiency. Since then, it needs to be researched and deployed to be replicated in the district for high and somewhat effective models. For models with medium efficiency, there should be specific solutions such as essential investment. Infrastructure, technology, capital, and training... to improve the efficiency of the agricultural production model.
